D.W.Clark & Sons Ltd, Storage & Distribution services was founded in 1968 by Dennis Clark when he purchased a Leyland AEC Mercury and never looked back. The company today is still wholly owned and run by the same family which is now in the third generation of the Clark family.
Since 1968 D.W.Clark & Sons Ltd has been relocated to various premises in the local area due to continued growth and success, we have now purchased our own premises on just over a 4 acre plot on a local industrial park. Our premises have the great benefits of being fully secures with 70000sq ft of warehousing, 24 hr guarded security, cctv and with police response alarm system.
D.W.Clark & Sons Ltd operate one of the most modern truck and trailer fleets in the area, with all vehicles being replaced at regular intervals to ensure we maintain the efficient and reliable service we are known for. We now operate a fleet of over 35 vehicles ranging from the 44 tonne artics down to the small 7.5 tonne vehicles, so we are able to accommodate all customers' distribution requirements.
Many of our customers have been trading with the company for many years and we believe this is due to the Clarks Family working ethic which we continue to work by today.
