If we become aware of a complaint through social media, we will address the complaint in accordance with the company’s complaints process set out in this policy.

Your Rights

Your rights are important to us, if you wish to; access, update, restrict, remove, object to or no longer want to hear from us please contact us by e-mail or in writing to the address below and we will take action within 28 days to make sure the appropriate steps are taken to ensure we fulfil your request.


When we receive a complaint from a person regarding GDPR we will make up a file containing the details of the complaint. This normally contains the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint.
